Trade Grow is a new platform. You have no history with us, no friend who has used us for five years, and no reason yet to hand us your PAN. That is a reasonable position to be in.
So this page is not an argument. It is a list of facts and the independent places you can check each one — SEBI’s database, the exchange member directories, the depository DP lists and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. None of those are run by us.

A registered broker must name these officers publicly. If a platform cannot tell you who its Compliance Officer is, that is a meaningful answer in itself.

If you are ever sent to an address that is not on this list, it is not us, even if the page looks identical to ours.

Independent verification
How to verify us yourself, in about five minutes
These steps work for any Indian broker, not just us. We would genuinely encourage you to run them on every platform you are considering.

Check the SEBI registration number
Open the SEBI intermediaries search and look up the registration number published above. Confirm the entity name on SEBI’s page matches the legal entity name we have published — not just the brand name. Brand names are not registered; entities are.

Check exchange membership
Search the NSE and BSE member directories for the member code above. The exchange listing should show the same legal entity and the segments we claim to operate in.

Check the depository participant listing
Your shares sit in a demat account with CDSL or NSDL, not with the broker. Look up the DP ID on the depository’s own site and confirm it belongs to the same entity.

Check the company on the MCA portal
Search the CIN on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs master data page. You will see the incorporation date, registered office and company status. A company incorporated last month is not disqualifying — but you should know it.

Check the app listing matches the entity
On Google Play or the App Store, look at the developer name on the listing — not the app name. It should match the registered legal entity. A mismatch here is a serious warning sign.

Call the number published on the exchange page, not the one in a message
If someone contacted you claiming to be from Trade Grow, confirm the number against the official contact published here and on the exchange member listing. Fraud almost always starts with a number you were given rather than a number you looked up.

Ask us anything that is still unclear
If a detail on this page is blank and you need it before deciding, ask our Compliance Officer directly. “We will confirm and revert” is an acceptable answer. “Don’t worry about that” is not.
