Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the Trade Grow platform. They govern your use of our website, software, and stock broking services.

1. Introduction & Regulatory Status
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “User”, or “You”) and Information to be verified (“Trade Grow”, “We”, or “Us”). Trade Grow provides trading execution, demat participant facilitation, and related financial software services under the regulatory purview of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), BSE Limited (BSE), and registered Depositories (CDSL/NSDL).
Our company, registration, and contact details are published on our Verify page. Any detail marked as “Information to be verified” is pending final verification and will be updated upon certification.
2. Eligibility & Account Opening
To open a trading and demat account with Trade Grow, you must:
- Be a resident Indian or permitted non-resident compliant with FEMA guidelines.
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts.
- Possess a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) linked with Aadhaar.
- Complete mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements as prescribed by SEBI and KRA regulations.
Trade Grow reserves the right to reject any account opening application if the documents provided are fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent with official government databases.
3. Security & Client Responsibility
Account security is a shared responsibility. While Trade Grow implements rigorous technological safeguards:
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, password, and biometric access.
- You must never disclose your One-Time Password (OTP), PIN, or passwords to anyone, including any individual claiming to represent Trade Grow.
- Trade Grow personnel will never ask for your OTP, trading PIN, or bank passwords.
- Any unauthorized access resulting from your voluntary disclosure of credentials shall be your sole responsibility.
4. Orders & Market Execution
Trade Grow provides an order-routing execution platform. All orders placed through your account are transmitted to the respective exchanges (NSE/BSE) subject to risk management rules, margin requirements, and exchange limits.
We do not guarantee order execution or the timing of order matching, which is subject to market liquidity, price volatility, and exchange matching engines. Trade Grow shall not be held liable for losses arising from unexpected connectivity outages at exchange nodes, depository failures, or force majeure events.
5. Charges, Taxes & Billing
By trading on our platform, you agree to pay:
- Brokerage fees as set forth in our published Schedule of Charges.
- Statutory and regulatory levies including Securities Transaction Tax (STT), Goods & Services Tax (GST), Stamp Duty, Exchange Transaction Charges, SEBI Turnover Fees, and Depository Participant (DP) charges.
Statutory charges are determined by applicable statutory laws and regulations; Trade Grow merely acts as a collection agent and remits these charges to the respective authorities. Contract notes detailing all trade debits and credits are issued electronically within 24 hours of the trade date.
6. Disclaimer of Investment Advice
Trade Grow is an execution-only stock broker. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, stock tips, or recommendations. We do not offer or advertise guaranteed returns or assured returns of any kind. Trading and investing in capital and derivative markets involve substantial risk of loss.
All decisions to buy, sell, or hold securities are made solely by you based on your own evaluation and risk tolerance.
7. Account Closure & Termination
You may request closure of your trading and demat account at any time, provided there are no outstanding dues, open derivative positions, or unresolved compliance holds. Outstanding securities can be transferred via standard depository slip (DIS) or speed-e mechanisms to another verified demat account.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and applicable SEBI regulations. Any unresolved disputes between the Client and Trade Grow shall be escalated through our Grievance Redressal Mechanism and, if required, submitted to the exchange arbitration or the SEBI SCORES portal at scores.sebi.gov.in.
